Sanjay Pahan is a dedicated social leader, Sarna religious activist, and aspiring political figure with a mission to uphold the rights, identity, and dignity of India's indigenous tribal communities. Deeply rooted in the Sarna faith and Adivasi traditions, he has spent over two decades working to empower marginalized voices and promote sustainable development through community-driven initiatives. Hailing from a legacy of public service his father, Late Khudiram Pahan, served as an MLA in West Bengal—Sanjay Pahan continues this legacy with a modern, grassroots approach. He is the founder and driving force behind movements like Jai Adivasi Yuva Shakti (JAYS) and Tribal's Dream, both of which work towards economic empowerment, environmental conservation, and constitutional rights for tribal populations.
